‘Goosies everywhere!’ Jennifer Lopez said last night, hugging herself on the first U.S. stop of her North American tour with Spanish hitmaker Enrique Iglesias.
The 42-year-old pop star, who dazzled the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, also used to say ‘Goosies’ when she served two seasons as judge on American Idol.

Jennifer Lopez‘s biggest diet secret is drinking plenty of “ice-cold water” to boost her metabolism.
The 42-year-old star boasts an enviably toned body and flat stomach. Her personal trainer Gunnar Peterson revealed she keeps in shape with a sensible diet and workout regime.
Jennifer avoids alcohol and ensures she always stays hydrated.
“Jennifer eats around 1,400 calories a day and will have her meals delivered so she doesn’t have to think about it. Her favourite meal is salmon and basil, with a chocolate mousse for dessert,” Gunnar explained in an interview with a British magazine.
“Jennifer’s biggest secret is drinking of ice-cold water, as it revs up your metabolism. She rarely drinks alcohol and has her coffee black.”
Jennifer has been flaunting her shapely abs while on tour with Enrique Iglesias. Gunnar insists the star has great muscle tone and doesn’t need to complete many stomach exercises.
“Jennifer doesn’t need to spend a lot of time on her abs – she does ten minutes a day,” he added.
“For abs like Jennifer’s you need to do a mix of cardio at least four times a week, with lots of squats, push-ups, pull-ups and lunges and old school exercises like skipping. She also does Pilates once a week.”
Jennifer Did Not Quit American Idol over Salary Dispute

No, she wasn’t holding out for a major payday: Jennifer Lopez‘s departure from American Idol after two seasons had nothing to do with money, a source close to the star tells PEOPLE.
Contrary to reports that Lopez asked for a $2 million raise to continue judging the Fox reality show for a third season, the source says that Fox did approach Lopez with a “comparable offer to last year’s salary” for next season, but it was never countered nor negotiated by her team.
For her first season on the show, Lopez earned $15 million. And she did get a raise for her second season, the source says, because Fox understood the value she brought to the series. Her second year salary was $20 million plus bonuses, says the source. PEOPLE reached a Fox rep who had no comment.
Regarding her decision to leave, the source says it was a difficult one, and was informed by the star’s interest in focusing on her family, film career and other creative ventures, including her fashion business.
As for her reasoning, Lopez, 42, recently told Ryan Seacrest just how tough the decision was to quit the show along with Steven Tyler, who will be departing next season, too.
“I could do Idol for the rest of my life,” she said at the time, “but that would be giving up a bunch of other things … I have my movies and my music and my this and my that. It all kind of worked together for a while, but then it gets more complicated.”
Still, she said at the time, “I’ve never felt so much a part of a family of something I’ve been working on as I did with Idol. I didn’t know I’d be moved so emotionally by working on the show and working with the contestants.”

The pop star slides to fifth place this time around with $52 million in earnings, down from $90 million last year (Gaga didn’t tour much in the last 12 months). Her new album, Born This Way, was still a smash hit, selling 1 million copies its first week out.

Until then though, they are just enjoying each other’s company. In fact, they squeezed in a relaxing and romantic vacay in Brazil before beginning an international tour in Newark, New Jersey tomorrow.They were spotted hanging out by the pool at their hotel on Wednesday and while Casper Smart kept his eyes on his cell phone, his cougarific girlfriend kept her eyes on him!
Judging by that bikini and her bank account body, J. Lo’s eyes are definitely not a bad pair to have watching over you!
